D-house serves as a benchmark and driving force in the creation of a responsible supply chain, where cutting-edge technologies are applied across the Fashion, Design, Automotive, and Art sectors.

Originally founded as the innovative hub of Dyloan Bond Factory, an Abruzzo-based company specializing in technological innovation for the production of semi-finished goods, accessories, and finished garments, D-house became part of the Pattern Group in 2022. Today, it stands as the Group's R&D center and is a vital component of the first Italian hub for luxury design and production.
