Founded in 1995 in the province of Ravenna, MAGLIFICIO CAPELLI SRL deals with the contract manufacturing of top quality total look knitwear and thanks to a consolidated and qualified team of very high professionalism, is able to satisfy any request both for samples and for production, creating garments with attention to details and 100% Made in Italy. A continuous contact with the customer motivates our staff to creativity and research, from the choice of raw materials through the fit, with a unique sensitivity to trends. Due to a continuous contact with yarn suppliers, embroidery, printing and dye houses, we are able to apply to our products innovative and complex techniques like coupled fabrics, packaging of mixed knitwear and fabric garments, brushing, felting, needle punched, garment dyed and even the most traditional processes like vanisè, flagsage, jacquard, intarsia and seamless work. Besides the sewing department and the laundry, the weaving department has 16 knitting machines with different tension types from 3 to 18, which guarantees quickness and control. Knitting programs are developed inside the Company reducing the time required for prototyping, sampling and production. We produce garments both for men, women and children. We collaborate with several Italian and International Brands as Forte Forte, No Man’s land, Bruno Manetti, Ballantyne, Paul& Shark, Covert, ecc. In the Company we had an archive that counts near 3000 garments.
