The presentation of the final works by the students of the Master in Creative Knitwear Design of Accademia Costume & Moda and Modateca Deanna

A course that is a perfect example of industry training: created for the industry and with the industry. This is what the Master in Creative Knitwear Design of Accademia Costume & Moda and Modateca Deanna stands for, representing an important opportunity to join the ranks of the Italian supply chain, born out of the generosity and commitment of over forty companies in the sector taking part in the initiative. 
In October, the Master’s students presented to a jury of experts their final works, which will be realized in collaboration with the Master's Partners and presented in a special event next year. 
The names of the jurors that selected the winning projects are: Barbara Trebitsch (Director of Education @accademiacostumeemoda), Sara Sozzani Maino (Deputy Editor in Chief @vogueitalia & Head of Vogue Talents), Francesca Tacconi (Special Events Coordinator @pittimmagine), Giulia Piersanti (Design Director Knitwear W&M wear @celine) and Antonio Marras (Owner and Creative Director @antoniomarrasofficial).

Originally from Piedmont, she graduated in Textile & Fashion Design from Turin’s IAAD. After a few work experiences, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. She is currently an intern at Etro.
After graduating in Fashion Design from IED, in Milan, and several work experiences at Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, and Krizia, the Emila Romagna-born designer enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, he won the Sportmax and Etro Industry Projects. He is currently an intern at Etro.
Coming from Lombardia, she graduated in Fashion Design from the Marangoni Institute in Milan. After founding her own brand "Angelia Ami" and having had experiences as a freelance consultant, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, she won the Industry Project for the Marina Rinaldi brand.
Born in the region of Campania, he graduated in Fashion Design from IED in Milan. After a work experience at Moschino, he enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda and won the Industry Project for Etro. He is currently an intern at Sportmax. In addition, he won the 2021 press award at the Italian Fashion Talent Awards.
She graduated in Fashion Design from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent, Belgium, the country where she was born. After a few work experiences, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design of Accademia Costume & Moda.
Originally from the Campania region, she graduated in Fashion Design from the Istituto Superiore di Design [Higher Institute of Design] in Naples. After a work experience at United Colors of Benetton, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, she won the Industry Project for Max Mara Leisure. She’s currently doing an internship at Corrazzari Maglierie.
The Campania-born graduated in Costume and Fashion from the Accademia Costume & Moda in Rome. After being selected among the winners for the 2020 edition of Feel the Yarn at Pitti Filati, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. She is currently an intern at Persona - Marina Rinaldi.
Originally from Tuscany, she graduated in Fashion Design from the Modartech Institute in Pontedera. After some work experiences at the Benetton Group and CafèNoir, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, she  won the Industry Project for Etro and MAX & Co.
She’s currently doing an internship at Maglificio Marilina.
 
Born in Russia, she graduated in Fashion Design from the Domus Academy in Milan. After a working experience with Neil Barrett, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. She is currently an intern at Etro.
Francesca Padalino
Originally from Veneto, she graduated in Fashion Design at the IUAV in Venice. After several work experiences abroad, including Detlef BVBA / Raf Simmons in Antwerp, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, she won the Industry Project for Etro, where she is currently an intern.

Angela Pea
Originally from Veneto, she graduated in Fashion Design and Multimedia Arts from the IUAV, in Venice. After a working experience with Ann Demeulemeester in Antwerp, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, she won the Industry Project for Max Mara. She is currently an intern at Etro.
 
Born in Lombardia, after graduating in Architecture at the Milan Polytechnic, he got a second degree in Fashion Design from the Marangoni Institute in Milan. After some work experiences, including one at the Luigi Vezzola Studio in Milan, he was selected by Milano Moda Graduate for the annual fashion show organized by the National Chamber of Fashion. He later enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design of Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, he won the Industry Project for Ermanno Scervino, where he is currently doing an internship.
Originally from the Marche region, she graduated in Fashion Design from the Accademia Italiana of Florence. After some work experience, she enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design of Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, she won the Industry Project for Etro, where she is currently an intern.
Born in China, he graduated in Knitwear Design from the Academy of Art in San Francisco. He is currently enrolled in the Master in Creative Knitwear Design of Accademia Costume & Moda. During the academic year, he won the Industry Project for Etro. He is currently an intern at Etro.
